Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Would be useful if we could get useful error message to the user when:

simulation produces +/- inf: could inform the user baout the issue and suggest to use a better solver or..
if the config is missing values
if trying to calibrate but there is no parameter with uncertainty
