The site's CSS styling rules are currently in 2 /lib/stylesheets/*.scss files. We have done a lot of refactoring of the org admin pages along with some accessibility work that restructured many parts of the DOM.

  1. Separate CSS rules into topic specific files (e.g. tables.scss)
  2. Verify that each set of selector's is still appropriate
