Validation: Ask a Question - minimal 1 tag required

A lot of users don't understand how to add/select a tag or don't want to add/select a tag.
Why don't we make this a setting so you can disable this validation.

I suppose that any DNN 7x version would do, don't think we are tied to any version at the moment.
