Describe the bug

When cloning repo to VS 2019 or 2022, the msBuildScripts will not load within the project resulting in an unloaded project which will not let you build, nor see the code.

In VS 2022 I have to install the MSBuildTasks nuget package. To install I open the project, go to Tools, NuGet Package Manager, Package Manager Console. At the command prompt type in: install-package MSBuildTasks. Once that install is complete it should build.
