sM in low productivity mountain rivers resulting in high R-hat

Hi,

I have four river sites in the Canadian Rockies that are low productivity. Attached below is all my files for one of the sites, but all four are producing a similar result. %DO fluctuates little day by day: RockiesMetabolism_Time.v.Oxygen.pdf

I am frankly not confident in anything sM has produced for me for a few reasons, but one of which is the large R-hats. For instance, I've tried:
3000 burn in and 3000 saved = 1.46 R-hat
1000 burn in and 1000 saved = 3.18 R-hat
4000 burn in and 4000 saved = 2.58 R-hat
4000 burn in and 2000 saved = 1.55 R-hat
3000 burn in and 2000 saved = 2.3 R-hat
1000 burn in and 500 saved = 2.91 R-hat
2000 burn in and 2000 saved = 2.1 R-hat

Does anyone have any advice on how I may proceed?
