primaryCertifier in KYCRegistry doesn't change #1

It seems to me that primaryCertifier in KYCRegistry doesn't follow the change in KYCCertifier. it keeps the initialized value.
Is this the specification you intended?

@mosasiru Thank you for the contribution. it's not intended. primaryCertifier should be updated anytime.
To fix, add the function to update state. e.g.

function updatePrimaryCertifier()
