Mike manager

Users may want to request a mike on a specific song depending on the microphones available in a karaoke session. This should help deciding who will have the mike by displaying the name of users on the screen before the song starts.

This feature has been requested for some time already. It does not sound too complicated to implement (aside from UI perspective), but it is also very specific. I consider this as low-priority.

For now, at least the person who put the song in the song in the playlist has its username displayed in the transition screen, so this person may have access to a microphone easily.
