Content cannot be downloaded from channels with a configured ID

When I add a channel that has an ID configured, the download cannot start because it doesn't find the messages in the channel, and if I try to force it with "manual download," it returns an exception.

On the contrary, if I add a channel that does not have an ID configured, all the messages in the channel are found and I am able to download content.

In the first case, there are some sort of restrictions by the group admins on adding, although posts can be read without membership.

In the second case, even knowing the group ID, I don't have access to the messages.

I assume it's all about the limitations of the band itself.
Perhaps I should consider developing anonymous access to groups.
