CSV file itself:

When opened in Excel no problem. All data is there.

CSV file for regular ING account worked just fine.

Hi,

Could you upload or send me a part of the contents of the file. Please anonymize the contents of the file.

I need this to find out what the problem is.

Basically there were nu mutations. The amount is the same for every day.
This is a savingsaccount that is attached to my normal ING Account.
Converting the csv file of the normal account went without problems.

Thank you! I will look at this, in the afternoon!

Hi, I have some additional questions:

  1. Is the column "rekening" your IBAN number or the IBAN of the payee?
  2. Are the mutations in your file catagorized as inflow or outflow? What does the opposite transaction look like? (E.G. 4.00 is outflow and +4.00 is inflow)

Once I know how to handle these problems, I can implement the ING Spaarrekening for you.

Hi, It appears that there are multiple csv formats that can be exported and the above is just one that contains the the balance level. There is another which contains the direction of travel of money and to whom (csv separated by semicolons):
Alle_rekeningen_21-05-2021_21-05-2022.csv

Rekening is the internal account number of the savings account, and tegenrekening is the IBAN that is your bank account the money goes to/from.
