Hi, thanks for the great library!

I'm trying to use the out argument of flash_attn_varlen_func and flash_attn_with_kvcache, however, I find that it will lead to incorrent output.

Is it expected? What would be the potential fix?

here is the pr I'm trying to work on vllm-project/vllm#9740 .
