hello. I've been trying to build this from source for windows. no success. any idea how to install this for windows?

It's only tested on Linux. I don't have a Windows machine to test. If you figure out how to change stuff for Windows please let us know.

Cutlass 3.2 is supposed to work on Windows now and this repo is supposed to use it, but maybe there are more changes needed. I can't figure out what the error is from any of the error logs. It might be a tiny thing... or not.
