want to add custom plugin i.e after type @ with some text want to display list of items

can anyone help me create one custom plugin
like on the editor if I type @and some text needs to display a menu item with some list of options.

If yes it under development in next @v4 version

I think it's a example for adding more symbols like @ or anything else, which can be attached to a specific plugin menu.
