help not auto assinging roles

i have done everything and bot doesn't auto assign roles?
Has perms, above lvl 1, lvl 2, roles made a alt to try, ranked it been trying for the last 30 mins to !rank on server owner, user, mod, admin nothing will auto assign the roles. /show shows correct, lvl1 assigne to @lvl 1 , 2 assinged to @Lvl2 and so on, ???
