Things to potentially include in global config:

  • schema.org MN endpoint
  • CN endpoint
  • latest CN token?
  • CN user account name for writing scp xml command(s)
  • Default settings.json settings for server
    • log level (INFO for prod and DEBUG for staging)
    • default level for AUTOTHROTTLE_TARGET_CONCURRENCY
    • additional needed default settings
