This gif shows the process of setting up the custom commands.
You need to set up both custom commands on your own and replace the text in BOTH custom commands. After that run the setup command, and add the reaction code. Now limit this to a channel like #rules as an example and boom you are done. You now no longer need the setup code and can delete it.
