Fixes for the forgotten tranq-bolt

Lets talk about one of the least used items in the game due to strange spawn pattern. It is potentially one of the coolest ammo-types in the game.
-The tranq-bolt.
Should it not be possible to have it in a quiver of 5?
¤This would make the item less rare.
¤They encourage hero/survivor game-style.
¤They are not that OP since they don't even have a 100% ko-chance right? also the range and rate of fire of a crossbow is the worst.
¤carrying one each per slot don't make sense in any regard. And it stops it from being used without any logical reason.

My suggestion is to make tranq-bolts spawn in quiver.
