Hi,
Can somebody please explain what this option do exactly?
Or what could be the best option to select? (and why if possible)

I tried to select "FORCE_PSTATE_P0" which in my mind would be the best to select among all of them,
but limits my GPU Clock to 600mhz/700mV until i changed it & reboot my PC and turns back to 1890mhz/1068mV (it's a RTX 2070)

It's under 8 - Extra (hidden options i guess)
