Add Jira to the allowlist

Regarding the effort we're making to switch from Miro to Figma we would like to add Jira plugin to our figjam board, to see if it would be 100% efficient for any coworker, to transition to Figma fully.

I close your issue because https://www.figma.com/community/widget/1094001923188252679 has already been approved, you can use it on your FigJam board :)
