Hey ,

so, downloaded the package code on my windows 11 Acer nitro 5 , was trying to run the program through the command prompt and got a library fail to load error . Tried to redownload multiple times and still failed .

it's a 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H processor .

Hi @YingYang1112119, this program requires an Nvidia GPU to run, maybe this is the reason for your issue? Perhaps I can recommend using Intel's AI denoiser OIDN. I also have an implementation of this here, but its a few versions behind now.

The same command seems to work for me. Are you sure you're in the same directory as the Denoiser.exe? Maybe you can post the output running the dir command in CMD. Another thing you can try, just drag and drop the Denoiser.exe into CMD, then CMD will write the call with the full path to the Denoiser.exe which should also work. Let me know if any of this helps.

yes, it works thanks so much for the help

what I did was drag and drop the actual picture from the file from where the location then the path to where output needed to end up
