Some angled brackets are not displaying.
"converted to a Factor type. mapping spreadsheet must be [...]"
One of the Appendix entries uses the proword "SHOULD", but this word was not defined.
Consider expanding the little image at the top of the README to show the data before and after tsv2label is applied.

"Levels are created in the order they are listed." clarify that this is the order that are listed in the mapping table, not in the source data.
