By using any extension ("Extension") for the DevToys application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use any Extension.
Extensions may be developed by third parties and may not be owned or controlled by DevToys original authors. Extensions may perform any number of functions on your computer ("Computer") and are intended to enhance the functionality of the App.
DevToys takes no responsibility for any harm, loss, or damage that may occur to your Computer or data as a result of using any Extension. This includes, but is not limited to, data leaks, hardware damage, or any other type of malfunction or security breach.
It is your responsibility to ensure the safe use of Extensions. You should only install Extensions from sources you trust and ensure your Computer has adequate security measures in place.
DevToys provides the App and its Extensions "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall DevToys be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use any Extension; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the App, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevToys and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of any Extension, your violation of any term of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other property or privacy right.
DevToys authors reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of any Extension following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
