error: could not compile `value-bag` due to 3 previous errors

The root cause rust-lang/rust#103291.

Note that value-bag of version 1.0.0-alpha.9 is used because (newest) log crate depends on that version. Full dependency chain is this bevy_log -> tracing-log -> log (rust-lang/log#564) -> value-bag (sval-rs/value-bag#62 - might be fixed in newer released versions).

This should be fixed in log 0.4.18 now.
