The ipban service checks the Blacklist/whitelist url every 300 seconds. (<add key="Blacklist" value="https://domain.com"/>)

Would it be possible to customize the check time every minute for example? or every 15 minutes?
it would be nice to use a key in the ipban.config using the format DD:HH:MM:SS
