Theme not loading

The theme won't load even if I entered the correct image into the code.

When I entered the correct link at --background-image: url('file:///C:/Users/Ethan%20Bulaon/Pictures/Hotel+_Update_Icon_7th.png');, the theme won't even load,

I do appreaciate if someone helps me at this issue,

I reccomend uploading this online and just using a direct image link, ive never gotten the file stuff to work myself either

Wow this is an omega old post that I just forgot.
You cannot use files directly from your computer unless you run a local server along side Discord.
