How to use Volumes file mounting

I have defined a file mount, how can I use it in docker-compose?

volumes:
  - ../files/cookies.json:/cookies.json
  - ../files/keys.json:/keys.json:ro

After modifying the content, clicking Deploy and Rebuild alone will not make the modification take effect. You need to click Stop first and then click Deploy.
