Allow user to create odt based task document (timesheet) as separate right in the module configuration

Feature Request

As user is not allowed to create a document for tasks (odt based) when he is not able to create new projects. If he is able to create new projects, he is able to see all other companies and their respective contacts.

Use case

Create timesheets from tasks that can be used as an alternative to service orders. Reason: it is not possible to upload a custom service order template as odt.
The order of the individual time expenditure entrys should be configurable.
Our users have to sign there timesheets and to send to a customer, therefore thery must be to export the document.

Suggested implementation

implement odt support for service orders or adjust the rights management in the project and tasks module.
