for example: net4.0/ACadSharp.dll, new6.0/ACadSharp.dll , etc.

In a repo you usually don't upload the compiled files, only the code, if you want them you can extract them form the Nuget Package https://www.nuget.org/packages/ACadSharp/2.1.0-beta or just use the package.
