Cache issue with special offer

I am using your module to display special offers in homepage. Everything works fine other than cache issue. I am calling this special offer as a block in the static block, similarly I am calling some other blocks in the same page. When I made any changes in the admin(even that is not related to homepage content), the special offer products alone are not displaying in the homepage. I need to clear the cache every single time, but rest of the blocks in the homepage are displaying as expected. Please suggest a solution for this issue.

The widget has a cache TTL setting. Have you tried setting a low number?

No I didn't set any cache time limit, So it should consider the default time limit.
