Move price & weight into spool

The manufacturer of the filament I use produces spools of different weights (and prices) for same material . This forces me to create multiple records for one type of filament. Solution: Move the "price" and "weight" fields to the spools section or create possible sizes and prices for the filament provided by the manufacturer.

recomend instead of moving it, have overrides in the spool settings.

also, it would be good if this could also be done with empty spool weight. my main supplyer has about 3 or 4 different spool designes that they use appartently at random and that all have different weights

I tried to encapsulate some of the issues into a discussion (#338). It would be great to get some feedback, I'd be happy to look into implementing changes.
