I accidentally used the moonraker update manager to update to 0.18.1. It has killed the server. I tried to remove the Spoolman directory and reinstall, but whenever I try to connect my browser tells me that the connection has been refused. The install appears to be successful.

As mentioned in the release notes, updating via moonraker is a bit of a problematic thing since Moonraker can not handle updating the dependencies as needed.
After you've updated via moonraker, try opening the Spoolman folder and running bash ./scripts/install.sh which should hopefully install everything correctly.
