These terms govern your use of Data Studio Community Visualizations written and deployed by Anvil Analytics + Insights. By accessing or using these visualizations, you agree to these terms.
Throughout these terms, “you” applies to both individuals and entities that access or use these community visualizations. If you are an individual using our services on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to the Agreement and that by using our service(s), you are accepting the agreement on behalf of that entity.
Data Studio Community Visualizations provide a way to create custom visualizations to augment the capability of Data Studio dashboards. These community visualizations are provided free of charge and are not endorsed or controlled by Google’s Data Studio, nor are they part of services offered by Google Marketing Platform.
These visualizations are provided “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. They may not work for every data source. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
Users of the visualization should comply with the terms of Data Studio’s acceptable use policy.
