Change !shop to allow bulk purchase

Pretty much as the title says.
As the extra parameter (for the items it makes sense for, like clips or bullets), players should be able to give a positive non-zero integer for a bulk purchase (e.g. !shop 2 2 buys 2 clips)

@paris-ci tu peux continuer à ajouter des fonctions au shop, lors du refactor je les intégrerai. c'est pas un problème. le seul truc blocking actuellement c'est #39 et c'est pas lié à ça.
