When we are upgrading dynatrace we want to rollout pods with oneagent in place to get the newest version

Describe the solution you'd like
We have build a job who can do that but we have to check each pods to get the version. It will be easier with a dynatrace label in the pod. Can the pod webhook maybe add a label in pods who specifie the dynatrace oneagent version in place ?

Describe alternatives you've considered
We parse the yaml and find the environement variable named VERSION of the init-container of one-agent

Additional context
Maybe the rollout of monitored pods cant be done with the dynatrace operator
