Log only Errors in Prod

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently there does not appear to be a way to turn of performance info etc in activegate logs. Can you please add the industry standard loglevel to these pods/helm chart?

Describe the solution you'd like
LOGGING_LEVEL = (info|debug|error|verbose). Note you should never log below error level in prod unless debugging an issue for a short period of time.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Fluentbit multiline aggregation for the info performance metrics. Another emerging standard is to format log output (stdout/stderr) as json.
