error when creating "dynakube.yaml

Describe the bug
I just want install dynatrace operator, I followed step on dynatrace UI. but I got this error

Error from server (InternalError): error when creating "dynakube.yaml": Internal error occurred: failed calling webhook "webhook.dynatrace.com": failed to call webhook: Post "https://dynatrace-webhook.dynatrace.svc:443/validate?timeout=10s": no endpoints available for service "dynatrace-webhook"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. running command kubectl apply -f dynakube.yaml

Expected behavior
it should be working as it is.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: GKE 1.27
• Version dynatrace operator console 0.14

Additional context
I have search on community, they said that I should create firewall rule on my vpc to allow port 443 which used by dynatrace webhook. I did, but unfortunately it wasn't solve my problem.
I have open ticket also but there are no answer.
