Continue Run Issue

Hi, I am running E3SM simulation, I run one of my case for 10 years. Now I need to run another 30 additional years for the case. So I changed the continue run true and added the new project name using xmlchange function as my earlier project already expired. When I try to submit the case the case is still try to use the earlier project instead of new one. I also checked the preview_run, it also still showing the old project name.

Note: My case is a branch run from another baseline case.
What should I do now?
