use .tar.gz directly instead of extracting to a folder first #98

Do note that:

some parsers will need to extract data to a temp folder first (like logarchive)
we still need the ability to read from a folder, as some tools that collect sysdiagnose already pre-extract it. However, a trick could be to re-create that archive ourselves :-)
