30 EOS Community members representing the EOS Network Foundation, block producers, developers and service providers met on February 9 to discuss a plan to upgrade EOS to Mandel. A working group was formed with the objective to establish the processes that will enable EOS to upgrade quarterly, with the Mandel upgrade serving as our first iteration.
