Needed to add some libs for libtester to compile correctly with eosio.contracts.

Instead of the changes to wabt submodule, how about disabling the tools like is done here for tests

eos/libraries/CMakeLists.txt

Lines 13 to 15 in 45e609f

set(BUILD_TESTS OFF CACHE BOOL "Build GTest-based tests")
set(RUN_RE2C OFF CACHE BOOL "Run re2c")
add_subdirectory( wabt )
