Still getting familiarized with the project here, so I just might ask, could it be possible to build this project using only a ESP-WROOM-32?
is there any parts of it that might work only in the WROVER model?

if you can find a specific ESP-WROOM with PSRAM that will hold the file data prior to the HTTP reply. I specifically chose WROVER due to the PSRAM availability :-)
