To get started with some basic configurations, try importing these using the Setup > Data > Import / Export Data Tool.
Lab_Test_Template loads around 80 Lab Test Templates. Ensure that Lab Test UOMs, Medical Departments, Lab Test Item etc. are imported or configured manually before trying to import. To import the Lab Test Item you will need have to have an Item Group named "Laboratory".
DrugList will help you import around 3000 generic drugs as Items. You will have to have Item group named "Drug" configured for a succesful import.
