Add rules for message flow checks #159

Hi
I could see rules only for esql checks not for message flows. I am looking for the message flow related checks to track security vulnerabilities.

For example:

HttpInput node should use SSL
HTTPInput node using deprecated protocol
Webservice Input node should use HTTPS instead of HTTP
