I've tested this both in Windows 10 and 11 and I've faced the same issue in both OS. The extension works as intended while VSCode isn't maximized (fullscreen) but when I want to use VSCode as fullscreen the extension doesn't work properly.

Hey there is a software called borderless gaming on steam. I dont know why but it work on my windows 11.
