Buggy Kodo Quest 11690 in Borean Tundra

Horde Char was doing Quest 11690 "Bring 'em back Alive" in Borean Tundra and was sitting on a catched Kodo near Questgiver.
WoW Red Error: "You can't do that right now" (I saw that PressActionBar statement in BudyControlPanel Log)
there was no vehicle bar, but instead it changed my standard bar.
so I pressed "2" on my own
on the next Kodo the Vehicle Bar appeared!
from that on.....all Kodos went thru!...EVEN when no Vehicle Bar was visible !?! (about 50% of times)
