Make all content editable with Netlify CMS

What is the expected behavior?

The content team should be able to edit the text on any page and create new pages from Netlify CMS.

What is motivation or use case for adding/changing the behavior?

Currently, the team is updating content manually by editing the markdown files in the repo. It would be far easier for them to manage content from the CMS. It will also remove some burden from the Dev team since we would not have to approve PRs for content updates.

How should this be implemented in your opinion?

1. Add new templates for new resource types: (Home Page, FAQs, Privacy Policy, etc.)
2. Migrate current pages to templates
