Feature request: unknown function

I would love to have an "unknown" function like the one in Tcl. No more, no less. Just a "port" to Zrc with the same design and behavior.

Not extremely important or urgent, I just thought I should ask while I still can log in to Github. :-\

Seems pretty trivial to implement. We just check if fn unknown exists and call that procedure.
I'll implement this along with everything else in the following days, because school started again and I didn't have time to work on the shell this week.
