Description: This tool normalizes gene expression data from two samples and plots the results as MA- or XY-Scatter-plots, highlighting the previously defined gene set and the linear model based these genes. In addition it is possible to calculate a user defined correlation value and test and rank all normalization methods based on this correlation.
