Similar to this UI https://en.blog.wordpress.com/2018/02/02/reader-conversations/
Essentially Remark would subscribe to a feed or a feed of comments within a page.

I should either create a channel called "Conversations" automatically and subscribe to all feeds there, OR I should create a new channel for every Conversation that is followed.

You can't currently follow a conversation on Micro.blog because there is only a single h-feed on the permalink pages and there is no "feed" page.

If you try to subscribe to an h-entry page with child h-cites for comments, a reader probably doesn't know what it's subscribing to. I'll have to try to make sure Microsub servers can properly follow comments on an h-entry post.

I created this issue (microdotblog/issues#144) to investigate being able to follow Micro.blog conversations.
