Youtube Proper Player Enforcer URL Generator

This app is supposed to make it easier to generate URLs for the Proper Player Enforcer. It supports both long and short URL formats.  It saves a list of the URLs you have added, so you can add several URLS in a row, and then go back and select them.  The "Copy Enforcer URL" button will copy the Proper Player URL to the Clipboard.
