Make it so you have to turn off power to work on electrical wires and circuits

Just like in real life electricians have to shut off power to work on circuits and in boxes etc to wire things, Make it so you have to turn off the power to work on electrical wires and circuits in electrical age to not get a shock if the voltage is above 25 to 40 volts.

how this should work

turn off power at a breaker or main breaker or meter to work in any electrical panel, light, or socket etc or run new wires.

if power is not turned off if player places wire in a slot on a light fixture, wiring panel etc or places a wire next to a live one, they get shocked and take severe damage or die and have to respawn...

light bulbs should be able to be installed / removed from sockets without getting a shock.

I'm no electrician, but I wire 120v live from time to time... I've gotten a few shocks...

Besides my terrible life decisions, this is likely to happen. See IE if you want some ideas on how it would work.
